
Saba Marzabadi
Violin Teacher
Being a passionate and versatile performer, Saba Marzabadi is a violinist with a strong foundation in classical music and a love for exploring a wide range of musical genres, including Persian, ethnic, and jazz styles. She graduated from the Claude Watson Arts Program at Earl Haig Secondary School and received her Associate Diploma (ARCT) from the Royal Conservatory of Music in 2020.
Currently a member of Orchestra Toronto, Saba has also performed with the Canadian Golha Orchestra and has held the role of concertmaster with the Sarv Strings Orchestra from 2016-2022. Her orchestral experience has taken her across Toronto’s diverse music scene, where she has taken part in numerous performances and outreach concerts that aim to make music more accessible to the community. She received gold at the Unionville Music Competition as a violin soloist in 2017 and 2018.
In addition to her work as a performer, Saba is an experienced and dedicated violin teacher, committed to nurturing the technical and musical growth of her students. She brings her wide-ranging performance background into her teaching, encouraging creativity, discipline, and a deep appreciation for music in all its forms.
Whether on stage or in the studio, Saba is driven by the belief that music is a beautiful gift meant to be shared, and she is devoted to connecting with others through her artistry.
